When Her Customers Wouldn’t Pay, She Saw The Pivot She Needed – with Jennifer Morehead

by Tim Jahn on December 23, 2011

Jennifer Morehead used to work as a sales manager at a top Chicago radio station.  When her sister and her family lost most of what they own to a flood and her mom’s friend had a house fire, Jennifer came up with Lockboxer.  Lockboxer is a website that allows you to keep track of what you own, and inventory it, sell it on eBay, or donate it.

In this interview with Jennifer, we chat about why Jennifer felt the need to create Lockboxer, how she went about surveying customers, and how she discovered a big (in hindsight, seemingly obvious) pivot.
