Eva Niewiadomski is the owner of Catalyst Ranch, a quirky, creative event space located in downtown Chicago.  While working as a marketing executive in corporate America, Eva decided to make one of the hallways in her office building a bit more inspiring.

That eventually led to her opening the Catalyst Ranch.  But the in-between is what’s really interesting.  From taking out credit on her condo to losing her job to being her own construction manager, Eva and I discuss how she created her unique event space from nothing more than a gutted out warehouse.
